Every product is pegged to its live TCGplayer market price and refreshed daily. Partners buy at 70–90% of market depending on product and volume — and because the peg is live, your margin math is transparent: you always know exactly where you stand against the market you sell into.

No invented MSRPs, no hidden fees, no shipping surprises — shipping is free on every order, worldwide.

How ordering works

Buy at list from the partner portal, or submit a quote request on volume — name your quantities and bid, and we counter or accept, usually same day. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours with collector-grade packing and live FedEx tracking in your portal.

Net 15/30 terms are available for established partners; new accounts start prepaid.

Shipping worldwide

We ship FedEx Express to 20+ countries and cover all shipping cost. Trading cards enter the EU, UK, and Australia at 0% import duty (HS 9504.40); import VAT/GST is handled by you and reclaimable if you're registered. Full commercial invoices with every shipment.

Authenticity, guaranteed

Everything is factory-sealed, sourced through distribution with chain-of-custody, and received into our own warehouses. Purchase invoices are available to partners — the documentation marketplaces like Amazon ask for. Verified authenticity issue? Free replacement.

Every order starts at $5,000, first orders included; there are no samples or test orders. Within that, mix depth freely: single boxes of older sets, displays for the shelf. Factory-sealed cases are how breakers and volume resellers buy — and case listings are priced on their own market data, because a case is not simply six boxes multiplied. Elite Trainer Boxes ship by the unit or the case of 10; bundles, tins and collection boxes are listed the same way.

Sealed cases are available for almost every product we stock, and for current sets we can route cases distributor-direct so they never sit in a second warehouse before reaching you.

What approval checks

We approve businesses, not addresses. A store profile or website — a shop site, a Whatnot or TikTok Shop page, an eBay or Cardmarket storefront — is the fastest route, because it shows you already sell. We also look at your expected monthly volume: RSC partnership starts at $20k+ per month, and every order, including the first, starts at $5,000.

Applications are read by a person and answered within 24 hours. Approved partners are invited into the portal the same day; if we say no, we say why.

What you get in the partner portal

The live catalog with market price, partner price and availability on every product. Buy at list, or open a quote on volume and bid — most quotes are answered the same day. Orders carry live FedEx tracking, every invoice is downloadable and VAT-ready, and your order history, invoices and shipping charges live in one place for your accountant.

Special offers surface pre-priced deals with a time window and a minimum quantity: claim the quantity you want, we approve, and it ships like any other order. For multi-store partners, each store has its own ship-to and every order is tagged to a location.

How partners make the margin work

Because pricing is pegged to live TCGplayer market and partners buy at 70–90% of it, the spread is visible before you order rather than discovered after. Shops price the shelf against local demand; online sellers price against the same market feed they buy from; breakers price a case against the box market and the hit rate of the set. Shipping is included, so the landed cost is the invoice, nothing else.

The book updates daily, so a set that is running hot shows it in the price and the stock number at the same time. That is the point of buying from live stock: you see the market move and decide, instead of finding out what you got when the allocation email arrives.
