Allocation is not just fewer boxes. It is not knowing how many boxes until the truck arrives, which means you cannot promise a preorder, plan an event, or price the shelf with confidence. A partial fill on the set your customers are asking about, combined with full fills on the sets they are not, is how a shop ends up with the wrong inventory and the right invoice.

Live stock changes the order of operations. You see availability and price first, then decide. If the set is there, it is there; if it is not, you know today rather than in three weeks.

Booster boxes and displays by the box or the factory case. Elite Trainer Boxes and bundles by the unit or the case of 10. Collection boxes, tins and loose packs by the hundred for the counter. Sealed cases are available for almost every product on the book, and current-set cases can be routed distributor-direct.

Buy at list from the portal, or open a quote on volume and bid; most quotes are answered the same day. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours from our US warehouses on FedEx Express, at our cost, with live tracking in your portal.

Pricing against the number your customers check

Every product is pegged to its live TCGplayer market price and refreshed daily. Partners buy at 70–90% of market depending on product and volume. That gives you a per-box margin you can see before you order, against the same public market number your customers pull up on their phones at the counter.

There are no membership fees and no tiered price lists that change with the calendar. The quote system is where volume earns its room.

Multi-store and event buying

Shops with more than one location get per-store ship-to addresses in the portal; every order is tagged to a location and the invoices stay clean for your bookkeeper. For events and weekend tournaments, the same 24–48 hour dispatch applies: order early in the week and the product is on the shelf before doors open.

What approval looks like

Applications are read by a person and answered within 24 hours. A shop website or a storefront on eBay, TCGplayer or Cardmarket is the fastest route, because it shows you already sell. RSC partnership starts at $20k+ per month in buying volume, with orders from $5,000, first orders included. New accounts start prepaid; Net 15/30 terms open up for established partners.

Everything we sell is factory-sealed with distributor chain-of-custody, and purchase invoices are available to partners. If anything ever arrives with a verified authenticity issue, we replace it free.
