Every product RSC sells is factory-sealed. We do not sell opened, resealed, or repackaged product — ever.
Chain of custody.
Our inventory is sourced through distribution and established supply, received into our own US warehouses, and shipped directly to you. Product doesn't pass through third-party hands between us and your door.
Paperwork that protects you.
Partners can request purchase invoices for their orders — the documentation marketplaces (including Amazon ungating) ask for.
If something is ever wrong.
In the event of a verified authenticity issue with product we supplied, we replace it free — including shipping — or refund it in full. Report it to support@rs-chain.com with photos and your order number.
