How an EU order moves, step by step

Apply once; applications are reviewed by a person within 24 hours. Approved partners buy from the live book at partner prices or open a quote on volume. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours from our US warehouses on FedEx Express, at our cost. FedEx handles the customs entry using the commercial invoice we attach to every shipment, and import VAT is billed to the importer of record.

Before your first order we ask for the details that make clearance routine: your legal entity name and registration number, VAT number, and EORI number. That is the same information you would give any transatlantic supplier, and it lives in your partner profile so you enter it once.

VAT, EORI and who pays what

Import duty on trading cards into the EU is 0% under HS 9504.40. Import VAT applies at your country's standard rate and is reclaimable for VAT-registered businesses; in the Netherlands, Belgium and France it can be postponed to the VAT return so nothing is paid at the border. You need an EORI number to act as importer of record.

If you clear through a customs broker instead, tell us in your profile and we address the paperwork accordingly. The commercial invoice carries the harmonised code, the values in USD, and your VAT and EORI numbers.

What EU partners buy

English-language sealed product: booster boxes and displays by the box or the factory case, Elite Trainer Boxes and bundles by the case of 10, collection boxes, tins and loose packs by the hundred. English sealed sells across the EU, and it is the product the closed distribution channel is rationing. Sealed cases are available for almost every product on the book.

Pricing is pegged to live TCGplayer market and refreshed daily; partners buy at 70–90% of market depending on product and volume. Indicative EUR pricing is shown on-site and transactions settle in USD by card, wire or ACH.

Authenticity across borders

Everything is factory-sealed and sourced through distribution with chain-of-custody, received into our own warehouses before it ships to you. Purchase invoices are available to partners. A verified authenticity issue is replaced free, on either side of the Atlantic.

Terms for European partners

RSC partnership starts at $20k+ per month in buying volume, with orders from $5,000, first orders included. New accounts start prepaid; Net 15/30 terms are available for established partners. Every order carries a VAT-ready commercial invoice, and your invoices, orders and shipping records stay in one place in the portal for your accountant.
