Final Sale & Damage Policy
Effective October 1, 2026 · version 2026-10-01-v1
Every sale is final: no returns, refunds or exchanges. The one exception RSC handles is severe damage or loss in transit, which RSC may claim from the carrier, passing on what the carrier pays.

1. All sales are final
RSC sells factory-sealed product at market prices that move daily. Once an order is placed, the sale is final. RSC does not accept returns, give refunds, make exchanges, or take back product for any reason, including a change of mind, a change in market price, slow resale, or the contents of a sealed item.
This policy is part of the Partner Terms & Conditions. If a quote, an offer, an email, a message or anything else in the portal says something different about returns, refunds or damage, this policy controls unless RSC agrees otherwise in a signed writing.
2. What is not covered
Sealed product ships from distributors and arrives through carriers, so outer packaging is not always perfect. RSC does not compensate, credit or refund for:
- Cosmetic wear on boxes, cases, tins or blisters: dents, creases, scuffs, corner or edge wear, small shrink-wrap tears or loose shrink.
- Damage to a shipping carton or case box where the product inside is intact and still sealed.
- Market price movements, contents or pulls of sealed product, or product that doesn't sell.
- Delivery delays, missed delivery estimates, or holds by the carrier or customs.
- Duties, import taxes, brokerage, refused deliveries, incorrect or incomplete addresses you gave, or returns to sender.
- Anything that happens after the carrier records the shipment as delivered, including theft from a doorstep, mailroom or warehouse.
- Shipments on labels you bought yourself or through the client label desk, or collected by your own carrier or forwarder.
- Anything reported late or without the evidence in section 4.
3. Severe damage or loss in transit
The one situation RSC looks into is clear, severe damage or loss in transit: product that arrives crushed, punctured, water-damaged or with its factory seal broken so it can no longer be sold as sealed, or a shipment the carrier loses.
In that case RSC may, at its sole discretion, file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. RSC decides whether damage qualifies, and that decision is final.
If the carrier pays the claim, RSC passes on the amount the carrier actually pays RSC for your items, after the carrier's own deductions, as a credit on your account. RSC does not add to it, and does not pay anything if the carrier denies the claim, pays less, or doesn't pay. RSC is not an insurer, and a declared value is not a promise of payment.
4. How to report it
Report severe damage to support@rs-chain.com within 48 hours of delivery, with:
- Photos of the outer carton on all sides and of the shipping label, before opening.
- Photos of the inner packaging and of each damaged item, showing the damage clearly.
- An unboxing video if you have one. RSC strongly recommends recording every unboxing.
- The order number and the count of damaged units.
5. Keep everything until the claim closes
Keep all packaging and the damaged product exactly as received until RSC tells you the claim is closed, and make them available if the carrier asks to inspect them. Don't open, sell, alter or throw away a damaged item that is part of a claim; doing so ends the claim.
Lost shipments: report within 48 hours of the carrier's last scan, or of the expected delivery date if there is no scan.
6. Shortages and wrong items
RSC photographs and counts orders as they are packed. If a box arrives short or with the wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the opened box and its contents. RSC checks its packing photos and warehouse records, and those records decide the matter.
If RSC confirms an item was left out or the wrong item was packed, RSC ships the missing or correct item. It does not refund. Keep any wrong item unopened until RSC tells you what to do with it.
7. Payment disputes
If something goes wrong, contact RSC first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following this policy breaks the Partner Terms. RSC may then suspend the account and recover the disputed amount plus the fees and costs of answering the dispute.
8. Legal rights
This policy applies to business purchases through the RSC Partners Portal. It doesn't take away any right that the law says cannot be waived; where a law gives a right that can't be excluded, RSC's responsibility is limited to the smallest remedy that law allows.
