Official rules

The short version: it's free, it's open to US residents 18 and older, entries close October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and 5 winners are drawn at random, live, on October 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET. Version 2026-10-05.

   1. No purchase necessary

   NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

   This is a sweepstakes: winners are chosen at random. No skill is involved and no consideration is required.

   2. Sponsor

   Lumination Ltd Co, doing business as RSC, Frisco, Texas ("Sponsor" or "RSC"). Questions: support@rs-chain.com. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final and binding.

3. 3

   3. Eligibility

   Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry.

   Not eligible: employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, anyone professionally involved in running this giveaway, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each.

   Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

   4. Entry period

   The giveaway begins when entries open at partners.rs-chain.com/giveaway on or after October 5, 2026 and ends October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries and steps completed after the Entry Period do not count.

   5. How to enter

   Visit partners.rs-chain.com/giveaway, enter your first name and email address, confirm you are eligible and accept these rules, then enter the six-digit code we email you. Confirming your email gives you 1 entry and opens your personal pass.

   Limit one entrant per person and per email address. Entering with more than one email address, under another person's name, through automated means (scripts, bots, macros) or by any other method meant to get more entries than these rules allow voids all of that person's entries and may disqualify them.

   6. Additional entries

   After confirming your email you can earn additional entries on your pass during the Entry Period, each once: join the RSC Discord server (3 entries; Sponsor's bot checks that the Discord username you give is a member of the server); follow RSC on X (1), on Instagram (1) and on LinkedIn (1), giving the handle or profile you followed from.

   Referrals: you receive a personal share link. Each new eligible entrant who enters using your link and confirms their email earns you 1 bonus entry, up to 10 bonus entries. Referrals from the same internet connection as yours, or that Sponsor reasonably believes are fake, duplicate or self-referred, do not count.

   The most entries any one person can hold is 17. Follows and Discord membership are free. Sponsor may verify any claimed follow or membership at any time; a follow or membership that cannot be confirmed, or that was removed before winners are confirmed, voids the entries it earned.

   Your personal pass shows your entries and the total number of entries so far. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

   7. Prizes

   Grand prize (1 winner): Destined Rivals Booster Box Case. A factory-sealed case of Pokémon TCG booster boxes. Approximate retail value (ARV) $2,500.

   Second prize (1 winner): Samsung 43" Odyssey Neo G7 Gaming Monitor. 4K UHD smart gaming monitor. Approximate retail value (ARV) $800.

   Three winners (3 winners): Destined Rivals Booster Box. One sealed Pokémon TCG booster box each. Approximate retail value (ARV) $400 each.

   Total ARV of all prizes: $4,500. 5 prizes in total; limit one prize per person and per household.

   Prizes are awarded as is, ship free to a US address, and carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if any. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Trading card products are factory-sealed; their contents are random and Sponsor makes no representation about the value of any individual card.

   8. Live drawing

   When the Entry Period ends, every eligible entry becomes one numbered ticket (an entrant holding 8 entries holds 8 consecutive ticket numbers, in the order entrants confirmed). On October 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET, or as close as practical, Sponsor will draw the winning tickets in a live drawing shown at partners.rs-chain.com/giveaway/live and may also stream it in the RSC Discord and on social media. You do not need to watch to win.

   Prizes are drawn smallest first and the Destined Rivals Booster Box Case last. Each round draws one ticket at random from the tickets still in play; once an entrant wins, their remaining tickets leave the drawing, so no one can win twice.

   Randomness: when the tickets are locked, Sponsor generates a secret random seed and publishes its SHA-256 fingerprint before the first prize is drawn. Each round's ticket is computed from that seed and the round number (HMAC-SHA256, modulo the tickets still in play). After the drawing Sponsor publishes the seed and the ticket list (with names shortened to first name and last initial) so anyone can recompute the result. The animation shown during the live drawing only displays the result; it cannot affect it.

   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of entries each entrant holds.

   If the live drawing is interrupted by a technical failure, Sponsor will finish it as soon as practical using the same seed and tickets, and publish the results.

   9. Winner confirmation

   Each drawn entrant is a potential winner until confirmed. Sponsor will verify eligibility and the follows and Discord membership that earned entries, and notify the potential winner by email at the address on their entry.

   A potential winner must reply within 72 hours of notification and may be required to sign and return, within 7 days, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Prizes worth $600 or more also require a completed IRS Form W-9.

   A potential winner who is ineligible, does not respond or return documents in time, cannot be reached, or whose entries were obtained against these rules forfeits the prize. Sponsor may then draw an alternate from the remaining tickets using the same method, and will publish that redraw.

    10. Taxes

    Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to winners of prizes worth $600 or more, as required by law.

    11. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, social handle and likeness to announce and promote the results, in any media, without further compensation.

12. 12

    12. Conduct and disqualification

    Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, acting in violation of these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, harassing or disruptive manner, including in the RSC Discord. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    13. General conditions

    Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, a virus, a natural disaster or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. In that case Sponsor may award prizes by a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.

    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries, codes or emails; for any technical, network, hardware or software failure; for errors in the administration of the giveaway; or for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway materials.

    If there is a conflict between these rules and any other giveaway materials, including social posts, these rules govern.

    14. Release and limitation of liability

    By entering, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to your participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS GIVEAWAY IS LIMITED TO YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS OF ENTERING (IF ANY), AND IN NO CASE WILL YOU BE ENTITLED TO ATTORNEYS' FEES OR TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

    15. Disputes and governing law

    These rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, to whose jurisdiction you consent.

    16. Privacy and email

    The information you submit (name, email, handles, Discord username) is used to run this giveaway: confirming your entry, checking eligibility, contacting and announcing winners, and preventing fraud. It is handled under RSC's privacy policy at partners.rs-chain.com/legal/privacy, and we don't sell it.

    We email you only about this giveaway (your sign-in codes and, if you win, your prize) unless you tick the separate box to receive RSC deals and drops. That box is optional, does not affect your chances, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

    This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X Corp., Instagram, Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, Discord, Samsung, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company. You are providing your information to RSC, not to any of them. Pokémon and the product names shown are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe the prizes.
