Tickets, not names

When entries close, every entry becomes one numbered ticket. Someone with 8 entries holds 8 tickets, so 8 chances.

Sealed in advance

The draw uses a secret seed fixed when the tickets were locked. Its fingerprint is published above before the first prize is drawn.

Checkable after

After the last prize we publish the seed and the ticket list, so anyone can re-run the draw and get the same winners. Official rules.
